He was tired and knew he shouldn’t have been behind the wheel.

Robson, 17, was lucky to escape injury when he crashed the LandCruiser he was driving into a creek on Lakes Creek Rd, Nerimbera, on Saturday, March 21.


Yesterday, he pleaded guilty to one count of driving without due care and attention.

The court heard when police were called to the crash, Robson told them he had fallen asleep at the wheel.

He told them he only had four hours of sleep the night before.
